"Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff"

Everything, place was clean and staff were attentive and professional without being overbearing. They were so kind in helping us make telephone calls following the airspace shutdown and cancellation of flights. They make this an exceptional hotel that I have returned to for the past 8 years. I wouldnt stay anywhere else in Mumbai ... outstanding and very reasonably priced
