The ground staff are a true asset to this organisation. Overall, they made our stay comfortable—from the housekeeping team to the breakfast buffet staff. The security staff are the backbone of the hotel; they provided clear guidance and ensured a safe and well-managed environment, which was greatly appreciated. Raju, the driver, went above and beyond to exceed expectations in customer service, and his efforts deserve special recognition. However, the reception staff could at times be abrupt, depending on the situation. On some occasions, services or requests were delayed based on their convenience, which impacted the overall experience. Breakfast was average, to be honest. The building itself has its ups and downs, but nothing major. Given its prime location, the hotel remains well maintained and reasonably priced in comparison to the level of service provided.

The entrance to the reception area has visible ceiling wires, which could be better maintained for a hotel of this standard. First impressions are crucial; while guests may adapt to other aspects of service over time, the initial impression sets expectations for the entire stay. Additionally, when the lift broke down, there was a lack of proactive communication from the reception team. Guests were not informed in advance, nor were alternative arrangements or suggestions offered. A more attentive and customer-focused approach in such situations would significantly improve the overall experience.

Location is central

It’s basic. Breakfast could probably have a few more options. There’s only instant coffee! For a south Bombay hotel, it should at least have decent cup of coffee.

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Good location. Friendly staff. BUT OVERPRICED.

No kettle and no tea making materials in the room. Noisy refrigerator. Reception on 5th floor. Our room was on 1st floor. Breakfast not included in the high price and breakfast room rather too basic.
