Book with apps because it stated the hotel well recomended actually totally scam we arrive 10.30pm damn tired and the staff can't speak malay or english very well since he from sri lanka and there is no computer system that he can use to check our booking he ask me a few time about booking id and name i show him so many time and still blur i booked for double bed 2 rooms since we come with 2 woman and 1 man last he call his boss and the answer he will give us 1 big room with 2 queen beds too reimburst the lost but we have to decline since its not appropriate at last they give us 2 big rooms the room unfortunately my room lots of small red ants disturbed my sleep it took a few days the swollen sting to ware off No remote control for air-conditioned TV not functioning since we are so damn tired we have just go through one night and quickly check out if not because of the red ants maybe it just okay to stay for rest 1 night overall the review is overrated and totally scam for me and for info others customer that I met say the same things that they been scam by the review booking dot com need to take note about this

The place had so much dust actually. Its okay since its cheap but not planning on going back there. And the receptionist so hard to explain about the booking reference to him

Room & bathroom is clean and bright except found some strain of hair on the floor. Bed & pillow is comfortable. The free Wifi is strong although the room given is at the back end of 1st floor. Still using a single key to open the room door and room access card to power the room. Food & shopping is nearby by 2mins walking distance or 200m to Main Place Mall. Surrounding area and within walking distance easily to find food for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Hotel is new and just open within a month. Fixtures & furniture is very brand new. In room everything is new consists of mirror dressing table with chair, a wardrobe, double bed with 2 pillows & blanket, 40" smart TV, a powerful quiet AC, 5 socket plug, water heater with powerful water pressure, new and clean WC. 2 bottles of mineral water, a kettle, soap, toilet rolls, hangar, 2 paper cups & plastic spoons, 2 thick towels, an astray & dustbin, 2 sachet of nescafe 3in1. The hotel is new and does not have computerized system to check your booking. Please make sure you print the Agoda check-in slip to enable fast & smooth check-in. The morning and night shift reception girl is very helpful to ensure guest check-in smoothly and ensure all issues resolve. The room deposit is just RM10. Free parking infront of the hotel and surrounding area. Limited parking space during office hour (9am to 5pm) but plenty of parking space after working hours till morning and on weekend or public holiday. A covered walking distance of 600m or less than 10 minutes to USJ21 LRT station. To enjoy a good sleep, choose room without window or the back of the room with window at 1st or 2nd floor. Room at the ground floor and facing the road might find some noise or traffic during daytime. Just a clear local TV channel but if you bring along your external HDD or TVbox, you can enjoy your movies and music as the TV has the HDMI and USB connection. The wall is thin and can hear someone use the bathroom, open & close the main door.
