Timbers INN and Suites

I left early, so didn’t have breakfast.

Nice clean room w/ a King bed, which was super comfortable as were the pillows. Since the last time we stayed here the carpet has been removed and new flooring put in. A major upgrade. Had plenty of hot water. A good room for the price. We've stayed here often and find it a great place to stay.

Nothing really. Just a clean, comfortable no frills place to stay while in Ashland.

The manager was very pleasant at check in, and the lobby looked clean and welcoming. The manager told us that housekeeping turned on the heat in our room for our arrival. Our room had been recently remodeled, and was very clean; it had nice artwork on the walls. The grounds were spotless; this property shows real pride of ownership. We would definitely stay here again.

We thought the price was decent until we got charged double for the dogs as they were “big” - $30 each, compared to the advertised $15.

The room smelled like dog urine and had small uncomfortable beds (doubles) that were so old the springs squeaked with every movement.

The heating unit is so loud!
