Travel Inn Winter Haven

My door had 3 locks.

2nd floor window busted out. There’s lots of undrivable cars all over the lots. People sleeping in their cars all around the property.

No breakfast I stayed about 2 hours then left everything was dirty ,stained and uncomfortable. They had bathtub and a smoking room which was nice

The reception desk attendant told me he had removed all the bathtub plugs due to mold the only reason I booked this room was to take a relaxing bath I was planning on staying but after being told stick a rag in drain and don’t fill it up too much I was done I made do and the sheets had burns in them. I get it you get what you pay for but totally not what I was hoping for. sorry guys, it’s kinda ridiculous that I called to make sure there was a tub that was my major reason for paying $90 and the tub was stained, the towels were gross, no tub drain plug, the toilet paper was wet when I got there. I mean I wish I never gave you my money

The staff was very nice no matter what kind of problem you have or what you may need they are happy to assist you.

The only thing I didn't like was the traffic there is so much traffic because it's on a main road.

The is awful, the is staff is not helpful

We didn't like the shower and the facility

NOTHING !!!!!! WE LEFT NOT EVEN HOUR AFTER CHECKING IN.

The mold stinch made it unbearable to breathe and the walls were caked with grime and blood in the bathroom and the floor was uneven and felt like I was gonna fall through. There was at least 12 unsupervised young children throughout the hotel just sitting outside I'm guessing their parents rooms and some out back playing unsupervised in the parking lot and the area is not safe and known for drugs and rapes and murders and robberies. The shower was growing fungus out of shower head and on walls. The light above our bed was cut and wires were fully exposed. The ac filters had never been cleaned . The owner was screaming and cussing at woman in lobby. My door could just be pushed up and couldn't lock it. And sooo much more . Chunks of glass throughout parking lot with broke down vehicles
