While mot the fanciest it is reliable safe and wrks for us as a place to stay for weekend professional Baseball games

This establishment is not dog friendly and in a loud and dirty neighborhood, with multiple extra unexpected fees upon check-in.

The property has certainly been well-loved over (many) years and is ready for an update. That said, it was generally clean and everything worked as expected. Mattress was too soft for my liking, but that’s really a matter of preference.

Daily housekeeping

The price to value ratio is not even funny. I must admit, it isn't unlivable, but for this nightly rate you would at least expect some basic perks. Like for example cleans sheets. Every sheet I got hat stains. There was also an ant infestation. When I asked about the laundry facilities all of then were suddenly broken, even though they were usable the day prior. Also the location is very noisy and unfriendly to people without cars.
