"Outdated rooms, good food."

Needs updating badly. I waited a couple of weeks after our stay so I could compose this reviews without bias. Didn't help. The food is good but the rooms need help. The beds could use new mattresses, better pillows, and better climate control. We couldn't get the temp to a comfortable level for sleeping. The bathroom was exceptionally tiny with barely enough room to turn around. No way 2 people could brush their teeth at the same time. Also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so mirrors stayed steamed up after showers. Shower could use a grab bar for safety. Water temp in shower fluctuated while showering. Staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was okay.

This place is very old and historic and conditions could use a lot of updating. We stayed in a double room which was quite small, but the bathroom was particularly difficult to navigate and Small. There was a sound of water dripping like a metronome happening in the walls of the bathroom the entire time. You could hear the people in the other rooms through the thin walls very easily. You could also hear the noise from outsidequite easily. The shower pressure felt more like a power, washer and hurt on our skin. The products for toiletries were very low-grade the pillows need to be replaced and were very lumpy and mushy. The beds were Quite easily.
