CAStaff were welcoming. Rooms were spacious. Quite close to the US embassy.
Carpets on the stairways were not clean. Needs deep steam cleaning. Kitchen had no spoons nor cups.
CMThe place is worth the stay and the money, right in the prime residential area of Yaoundé (Bastos). I would say the place is home away from home. Their apartments are spacious with homely features with a real kitchen (not a kitchenette), a spacious bedroom, a vast and ventilated living room with access to a spacious bathroom. The concierge and the entire are also welcoming and very supportive, making sure one feels home
USOverall, the breakfast was excellent. The ladies at the breakfast were professional, kind, and accommodating. It appears the restaurant did not serve dinner. The location is great. We felt safe.
I think the hotel can improve its cleanliness. The kitchen didn't have paper towels, wash clothes, or soap. The kitchen sink and faucet were broken and needed some attention. There was no water pressure in the showers, and there was no shower gel or shampoo.

Too many mosquitoes on the balcony of the room. Maybe get that sorted.
