No towel. The rooms were not ensuite so it was a problem. My friends had to share a towel just so I got one.

"Bettwanzen überall 🫠"

Zimmer war leider voller Bettwanzen - ein echter Albtraum! Die Notfallhotline konnte uns zumindest in der Nacht noch ein Ausweichzimmer zur Verfügung stellen. Uns wurde außerdem noch eine Aufklärung der Situation versprochen - welche jedoch nie kam. Wir wissen daher nicht, ob das Hotel etwas gegen die Situation unternimmt.
