Great experience

The hotel was a very pleasant surprise!

Nice place. Comfortable bed and very clean. Parking is not ideal when at full capacity. Very tight spaces. A little loud in the morning but that's a lot of hotels in general.

Excellent property, newly renovated. Our welcome, check in and the customer service received throughout our stay was great. Our room (key code access instead of physical card) was bright and beautifully furnished with a safe and good quality tea/coffee. There was ample free parking provided and a beautiful indoor pool. We slept great. The property is in a quiet area within a quiet town/resort - having a car is a must. This suited us. There’s a couple of small shops/restaurants within a 10 min walk but more dining options available a short drive away. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend The Incline Lodge. Thank you!

Great location, nice lobby, free drinks at Happy Hour, clean rooms Wish we had free beach access, rooms were pretty expensive for an average hotel room, but the village is expensive

Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I really appreciated the overall comfort and convenience—thank you!

Unfortunately, my experience was negatively impacted by unclear billing. The final charges differed significantly from the booking confirmation, and the duplicate payment along with an unexplained $150 charge caused confusion. I would appreciate more transparent and consistent pricing in the future.

Mattress was soft/worn.

Where do I even start! From the moment we walked in Aida and her staff were truly amazing! By far the absolute best experience we have had in a hotel. The room was spotless, and so many nice touches. Comfortable bed, plenty of soft blankets and pillows. Most of all it was the wonderful people working there that made it so memorable. Thank you Aida for your warmth and hospitality! Truly top notch! Can’t wait to visit again.
