"Cozy retreat"

The outdoor space was great, and it is such a cozy house. My room was beautiful, comfortable bed, breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly. It’s within a 5 minute walk of the square, perfect location. Would stay again.

"Disappointing customer service"

I did not stay at Grape Leaf, as the owner transferred me to a sister property, due to water issues at Grape Leaf Inn. My review is based on my experience at Camellia Inn. A sub-par property, for sure. I would still like to stay at Grape Leaf.

Was transferred to a nearby "sister" property because Grape Leaf was experiencing water issues. The Camellia Inn was a B&B akin to Fawlty Towers (if you know, you know). Sub standard in every way and lacking hospitality and amenities. The only good thing about it was free off-street parking and it is located 2 blocks walking distance to the main square in Healdsburg.

Here's a refined version of your hotel review: During our weekend stay, there was no hot water, and at times, no water in our room at all due to a pipe breaking on Friday night. The owner did not communicate when the issue would be resolved, and our group was not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. On a positive note, the facility was nice, and the homemade breakfast was delicious.

"Gem of a place!"

I booked a one-night stay at the Grape Leaf Inn and wish I had gotten more time there! The staff were delightful - especially Ave - and the accommodations were lovely. I had a first-floor room and it had super tall ceilings, a huge walk-in shower (presumably ADA-friendly) and the furnishings were a mix of antique and newer. Breakfast on the patio was delightful and they were able to accommodate my food preference very easily. All in all, a wonderful stay and I’d love to come back.

"Great stay in a vibrant little town"

The decor in our room was original and tasteful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we appreciated the supply of toiletries. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. A bonus was being able to spend a couple of hours by the spa pool! The house is really conveniently situated within easy walking distance of the vibrant town centre

Construction in the house opposite was a little noisy but did not detract from the comfort and welcome we received

Wow...what a B&B. Love this place! Historic home. Beautiful room with comfy bed. Nice breakfast. Staff super friendly. Close to everything. Will definitely stay again.
