The hotel is right on the beach. You can't get any closer or you'll be in the water. It's settling into a cove along the 101 and you immediately feel like you're miles away.

You can’t beet the Location for having an ocean front experience.

Lack of proper maintenance and repair. I understand the additional maintenance needed when fighting salt and a marine environment but that additional maintenance needs to happen.

Nice yard near pool overlooking the water. Nice to have breakfast by the pool.

Close to highway-could hear traffic. Difficulty getting invoice for expenses. Requested fan due to medical issue-was given a dirty fan.

The food and service at the restaurant was fantastic. The views are amazing!

The hotel front desk and staff needs attention. I would suggest keeping the door to the back office disaster closed. Also, front desk is the first thing you see. Nobody at Check-in at 3p.m. Hotel bathrooms definitely need attention. The property is a bit worn. I believe their needs to be more of a separation between restaurant guests and hotel guests. Restaurant guests are allowed to utilize the lounge chairs at the pool after eating. Which leaves little room for paying hotel guests. Especially on the weekends. Decaf coffee would be appreciated at the continental breakfast.
