Room was clean beds were comfortable. The only issue was there was no empty rooms on the first floor and my Grandma and I both had to climb steps and there was no breakfast

Check in was quick.

No hot water from my bathroom sink. My room's TV remote didn't work. The room smelled stale. There was hardly any breakfast.

Requested a first floor room when I booked the room. This was not granted. No refrigerator. TV was unplugged. Room hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks. Mattress needs to be flipped.

The location was good.

The sheets on the bed were not clean and had black markings all over them. There were also yellow stains on both the sheets and towels, which was very disappointing. The floor was visibly dirty as well. Additionally, the pool area was closed for “maintenance” for two weeks, which was not communicated clearly in advance. Overall, the cleanliness and lack of amenities made the stay unsatisfactory.

Super thin waffle batter so it made more of a waffle skeleton. But it was a free breakfast.

Worst bed I've ever attempted to sleep in. What I imagine 4 pieces of lumpy cardboard would feel like.
