Cigarettes and pot smoke smell was awful in halls and room. Room was nasty, someone wiped their nose on the bathroom wall, hair on the shower wall and drain, shower walls had not been cleaned in a long time. Floors very dirty.

Bed spread had holes in it. Smoke alarm covered with plastic. Room smelled funny.

The property needs some severe updating. There is no elevator to the second floor. The lamp shade had tears in them, the air-conditioning was barely working, the was very old and outdated, the drain didn't work, it needed a good cleaning, the breakfast was terrible, and barely amenity.

Terrible breakfast. I wouldn't feed my dog any of it.

The front staff was friendly. The room was dirty, it smelled awful & beds were uncomfortable. It was noisy! I could hear guests shouting in the hallway & doors slamming. We checked out ASAP!!

Staff was friendly but the room reeked of cigarettes and the bedding had pet hair with cigarette burns

Hot tub didn't work sand and dirt and food crumbs on the floor when asked for a partial refund for the hot tub not working was told they couldn't do that very limited breakfast choices didn't even have orange juice
