"Great staff and location."

Great location and staff. Vail is lovely in the spring.

No complaint with the property but be aware that very few shops and restaraunts are open in April/May.

"We were pleasantly surprised; based on reviews read I was not expecting the hotel to be so nice."

Location is perfect. We went to Tiesto concert at ampitheater which was walking distance from the hotel; shops and restaurants are walking distance; it is so worth it to rent a car from Vail airport; Rooms were cleaned every day; We had a king size bed with fireplace and balcony overlooking the ski slopes; There is free bus transportation provided by Vail just across the street from the hotel that runs on a loop which we rode a few times. The hot tub is awkwardly situated by lobby but it was so nice. You will find free coffee and tea in the lobby every morning. We went on a ski off-season so there weren't many guests staying at the hotel so that could have been why it was so quite and why the staff was attentive.
