Melanie was an exceptional staff member! Location is great!

We were suppose to have a room with a balcony. That didn’t happen because we didn’t book direct with the hotel (according to the manager).

The proximity to the mountain and the village is fantastic. You truly cannot beat it.

There was truly nothing about the property itself that I didn’t like, it’s a wonderful place to stay. The gentleman who runs the valet is fantastic. He’s incredibly kind, clearly enjoys meeting people, and genuinely understands the meaning of hospitality and taking care of guests. He made a great first impression and set the tone for the stay. Unfortunately, the experience with the front desk staff was not as pleasant. When I booked, I received a welcome text from the Tivoli inviting me to reach out with any requests. I asked about a late checkout and was told I needed to contact the front desk. When I checked in, I asked again and was told to call the morning staff. The “morning staff,” however, turned out to be the same team from the afternoon before. When I called the next morning, I was then told that only one late checkout is allowed per floor and that someone else had already been granted it. My frustration is simply that this could have been communicated the first time I asked—especially since I had already inquired twice before. Clear communication upfront would have made the process much smoother.

Me hubiera gustado que el restaurante fuera más grande y el Bar estuviera abierto más tarde, cerraba a las 10 pm.

My son and I stayed here for 2 nights. The bellman is awesome. He’s so welcoming and helpful. A couple of things to consider: their site says free breakfast but it’s $27/per person. It didn’t look that appetizing. I would walk 2 min into town for better options. We pain $50/night for valet parking. They didn’t tell us until check out that the car has to be out by 12. So had to repark it and pay for the day. Just plan for that. The hot tub is beautiful. The rooms are very comfortable. The lobby has coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cider, cookies and a cozy space with a bar and roaring fire. 1 min walk to the vail parking lot. 3 min walk to all the restaurants and gondola. We would love to come back.
