untidy room, no breakfast, location is good

there was no heating working in the room. despite requesting them 4 times over the night, no improvement. the staff were just indifferent and parroting same answer- we are working on it.

1st off the positives location is great, staff fantastic, bed was comfortable, but don’t come here if sleeping is on your agenda, wether it’s guests shouting in the hallways at all hours, slamming doors and playing music, or the people outside shouting and going, not to mention the 3am glass beer bottles being emptied, I managed about 4hrs broken sleep before taking the hit and going to another hotel, it’s a shame for the staff that it’s being let down by constant noise, whilst the rooms are dark and showing their age they are acceptable

Tiene discotecas al frente y las personas que salen borrachas hacen demasiada bulla.

La propreté laissait vraiment à désirer, notamment le sol qui colle, les mégots dans les couloirs et les potes de ratatouille
