We had booked this hotel for our trip to Thailand scheduled in March, but unfortunately the entire trip had to be canceled due to the serious situation related to the conflict in the Middle East and the resulting international flight disruptions. Despite the fact that the situation was completely beyond our control, the hotel showed no understanding or willingness to help us. No flexibility, no real alternative solution, and no attempt to accommodate us in any way, even considering the exceptional circumstances. I understand cancellation policies, but I believe customer care and basic human understanding should come first, especially during extraordinary situations like this. We expected at least a minimum level of empathy or a partial solution, but the support we received was practically nonexistent. Very disappointing experience from a customer service and human perspective. For this reason, I do not feel comfortable recommending this property.

Nagyon zajos volt a szoba az utcáról illetve szállásra érkező és távozó vendégek zaja is be hallatszott, szobában erős dohos és sok esetben szennyvíz illat, szoba tisztasága illetve állapota eltér a hirdetésben szereplő képektől köszönő viszonyban sincsen. A reggeli a 2 hét alatt 2 szer volt olyan ami gyerekek számára is elfogadható lenne.
