Location is convenient

I don't really know where to start. I never write reviews, but this time I went out of my way to figure out how and tell people about this Hotel. The website pictures are misleading. The real thing does not look at all like the pictures. Room was dirty. Shower area wasn’t clean lots of molds. Floor tiles was broken and the floor wasn’t vacuum as lots of falling hair of previous guests still on the floor. I need to ask them to clean up their aircon filter as it was very dirty also. A rat came to our room and informed the reception but no action🤦🏻‍♂️Their pillows are moldy. I believe the only thing they did in the room was make the bed and put fresh towels in. Room preparation is a simple task. It's expected that hotel rooms must be clean with tidy floors, clean and new bed sheets, clean toilet and shower room. I will not recommend this hotel. 👎🏻

The hotel was right next to a family member’s house so it was very convenient. It’s also close to the plaza, supermarket and the public market.

I have no complaints, it was nothing fancy but it was good value for the amount I paid.
