Stop searching now. Carriage House is the best hotel in Carmel. So many little things that make a difference. Terrific rooms, so so well appointed. Fireplaces, spacious, fresh. Treats, complimentary happy hour with GOOD food. Perrier and cider in the rooms! Just doesn't get better.

Breakfast in the room was wonderful and relaxing. As much or as little as you prefer. Linen napkins, ceramic coffee cups, fine utensils and even a rose every morning.

Parking is difficult.

Great location - short walk to Carmel plaza and all restaurants, good amenities at the hotel and top notch service, it is also very quiet in the neighborhood
