Great experience, staff is very friendly

Location and cleanliness! Super friendly and helpful staff that goes above and beyond to make sure you have all you need. The breakfast baskets brought to the room in the mornings are excellent also. The treats in the room daily also were a fun surprise! I’d definitely stay here again.

No A/C That’s the only downside.

Ett underbart litet hotell mitt i Carmel. Stora rum, sköna sängar, fantastisk frukost på rummet. Fri parkering, något som är guld värt i Carmel. Det bjöds på vin och tilltugg klockan fem varje dag så att vi gäster kunde lära känna varandra. Vi fick massor av bra tips på restauranger, utflyktsmål mm. Toppen, helt enkelt!

We love Carmel-by-the-sea and we love the Carriage House Inn. After many years of staying at the many options of the local Carmel inns, the Carriage House Inn is our favorite - and so we return to this one year after year. Great staff, great happy hour, great rooms, and great location to downtown!

Fantastic stay in lovely Carmel. Our room was spacious yet cozy, the bed was extremely comfortable and the ambience was quiet and serene. The staff was warm, welcoming and extremely helpful. A special shout out to Michelle, the front desk worker who was cheery, friendly and knowledgeable. She made my wife and I feel like we were a part of the Carriage Inn family. She made uf feel like the Carriage Inn was our home away from home.

L accueil par la manager était exceptionnel et nous faisait se sentir à la maison. L’emplacement en centre ville était parfait, et le prix incluait le parking ainsi qu’un petit déjeuner délicieux !
