"Lieu calme, magnifique panorama, très bel accueil"

Le calme de l'endroit et la gentillesse du personnel. Les gâteaux faits maison par la maman et la gentillesse des parents. La propreté des lieux.

Le manque de sécurité, pas d'ascenseur. Plusieurs problèmes techniques relevés à notre arrivée que ce soit sur la réservation avec Booking que des installations cassées de la chambre. L'accueil un peu froid des enfants qui manquent de professionnalisme et de sourire. Aucun geste commercial malgré les problèmes rencontrés. Une seule clé qui ouvre toutes les portes des chambres. Cet établissement n'est pas un hôtel mais des chambres d'hôtes. Un supplément facturé pour une chambre de 2 personnes si vous n'êtes pas seul. Le prix ne correspond pas à la chambre mais au nombre de personnes. Réservation faite avec petits déjeuners sur le site et non prise en compte du coup encore un supplément. Le prix total dépasse le prix d'un hôtel avec des prestations de meilleurs qualités.

colazione modesta ma con torte casalinghe, posizione fuori mano ma silenziosa

più attenzione alla camera: la cornetta della doccia non stava su, era rotto il supporto. il coperchio del wc era rotto. muffa alle pareti
