Motel 6-Ukiah, CA - North

I like that a grocery store is right across the street and the rooms are very spacious here.

Very dirty room, very bad smell in the room, plenty of homeless people around the parking lot

Overall it was not clean and not cared enough. I do not recommend this place.

Staff was rude had attitude for no reason was later told they judge us based on looks, was speaking on to the general manager and the staff member would not stop trying to argue with me

We were harassed by people living in the parking lot trying to sell fentanyl to me when I arrived. A man was sitting with his back to our door when we arrived at 8 pm and wouldn't move until I got mad at him. There are signs all over that say no refunds because they know it's a trap. Inside the room was a lot of mold in the bathrooms and cigarette burns on the bathtub. Keep yourself and family safe and avoid this place.

When we arrived we could see people smoking in 3 different locations. By the time we got our stuff in the door the whole room smelled like weed. Everything seemed reasonably clean though the bathtub was quiet beat up. The floor seemed clean but I didn’t want my 3 yr old going barefoot or my baby crawling on the floor which is all they wanted to do after driving all day! There were holes in the ceiling. That being said, front desk was very sweet and helpful on check in. When we decided to leave and not stay overnight, they were also very helpful and sympathetic, offered to give us a different room, but couldn’t at the time guarantee a refund if we left (which we did stay elsewhere). She left a message for her manager and I got a call the next morning saying that we’d be refunded the entire amount. Since reading this motel was recently remodeled I had high hopes but was disappointed.

Found cockroaches. Absolutely disgusting.

Filled with long term low class people staying in or around the property. It is not a hotel, it is a war zone.
