Overall experience at the hotel was nice, it was value for money. Room was neat, clean and staff was also friendly.

Only catch is the location, could not reach there easily by public transportation. We had to depend on Uber.

The staff were really good.

Bed we’re making noise when you lay down on it, the jacuzzi was nasty the bedsheet had stains on it, the crib didn’t had the bedsheet we used blankets for the baby.

The male overnight Front desk reception called my mother disgusting over a remote control error. Very distasteful

"Good comfort but poor breakfast"

I liked the room. It was very confortable.

I didnt like the location because the neareast bus stop was about 30 minutes away and you have to walk along some steep streets and it was very tired. Even though, after that long walk you can take one bus to new york for $4 with a trip of 30 minutes. On the other hand, the breakfast was the same everyday, the hotel offered a continental breakfast but you will only get a bread and a cooffe. It could improve if they provide eggs
