USStaff very welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding. Give a lot of help I feel like at home. Breakfast a wonderful the location is so convenient to the attraction and I feel like all the stairs and connect to nature so well.
Love it , especially in compared with a later, hotel that I live in now named chateau Jasper,where staff are very cold Doesn’t seem welcome at all
CAPerfect area to disconnect and enjoy the scenery. The staff was very friendly. The room had a firepit and the staff provided the wood to prepare it.
The wifi did not work and there is no 5G coverage, so prepare to be fully disconnected.

USWe loved the location being a bit 30 minutes from busy Jasper town. The room was lovely and we lit fires every night with the complimentary supplies. It's a tour bus stop so the prices for food are a bit high so we limited our meals here. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved the little kitchenette but would suggest a light over it and an extra trash can. Highly recommend and we'd definitely come back!
