Quoted $10 pet fee, apparently by 3rd party booking after agent called hotel to confirm pet policy and fee. Booking agent said the pet fee is collected at front desk. Upon arrival desk agent said she was new so the Manager, Viraj Patel would collect that fee in the am. After departing I was alerted to a charge of $50 pet fee on my credit card. Every attempt to secure a refund of the $40 difference went ignored. No wonder we were among the 3 guests at this hotel along the interstate. Never again.

Clean place, comfy bed, good breakfast, good location … the pool was closed 2 weekends in a row, my friend had stayed there the weekend before and then also stayed with me on my weekend and the pool was closed both times.

The main door had a large gap that could be seen through and the window had a crack that was partially taped but seemed like a hazard. They should definitely fix this

The bathroom was not very clean.
