Marriott Quebec City Downtown

The location is perfect, parking was very easy in a garage next to the hotel for only $20 CAD/night. Room was very nice and cozy, large enough for 2 people and we loved the shower/soaps. Breakfast was very tasty and accomodating. Everyone we talked with was very nice.

Upon check in we were about an hour early so we had to drop our bags. We were happy to do so and then go out and explore the city a bit. However right around check in while we were at a bar we received a call (anticipating that our room was ready) and were told the hotel was overbooked and they wanted to put us in another hotel. I told them I reserved this hotel specifically and was told I would get a call back. This had me a bit stressed for a few hours, and I never receved a call back. When I called them, a few hours later, they said our room was ready and they were unaware of any over booking... Fine with me I guess, but I was stressed there for a bit.

Exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return again !!

We had a truly unacceptable experience with this hotel. We booked a room in the center of Quebec City to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We arrived at 13:30, parked our car, and were told to return at 4:00 pm for check-in. But when we came back, we were shocked to learn that our reserved room had been given away to someone else. Instead of honoring our booking, the hotel sent us to another property located 25 minutes outside the city center, at the same price. This completely ruined our plans and our special day. What made the situation even worse is that I filed a complaint directly with the hotel, and they never even bothered to respond. Ignoring guests after such a mistake shows a complete lack of respect and professionalism.This was supposed to be a memorable occasion, but instead it turned into a huge disappointment

We enjoyed the valet car service. Room layout was nice as well as the on-site restaurant where we had the buffet breakfast.

Very close to old Quebec City

Great staff. Breakfast Buffett had a great verities. Location is excellent, across from the old city and lots of throngs to do.

The hotel is quit good even if its small, the location is good but the parking is not easy access.

This my 4th time that I've stayed at the Marriott Quebec City. It's a beautiful, quaint hotel with a great view of the fortified wall and gate at Rue St. John. Quebec City is to me the most beautiful city in all of North American and the Marriott hotel is a great location and hotel.
