San Clu Hotel

The hotel had been recently refurbished and was very comfortable. Good attentive staff help make our stay very nice.

Awful. Mattress & bed super uncomfortable. Receptionist was rude & had the trunchball attitude.

Convenient location. Nicely refurbished sea view room. Decent continental self service breakfast included. Friendly staff. Lift access. Quiet.

A reasonable hotel, with very helpful and friendly staff. It's a bit shabby, and the room was hot and the aircon kept making loud buzzing noises very few minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, though, and the the location great.

The bed very comfortable

Our upgraded doubel room was even better than we expected. We especially enjoyed the terrace with views out to the sea. This was our first visit to Ramsgate and it will not be the last for both the area and hotel. The staff were amazing all Covid restrictions were adhered too. Very helpful and friendly staff, we felt very welcomed. We had an evening meal which was very good especially as both my husband and I have food intolerance, which the staff were able to accomodate for us. Thank you

Sea view was amazing and staff super helpful (Graham and Jo) and even prepared me a special meal when I heard it was not on the new menu. Dinner good quality and value, continental breakfast really filled us up. Plan to return one day. Thanks for a great stay.

lovely old hotel situated right on Ramsgate sea front close to the town and beach. Room and hotel recently refurbished. Noticed the bar although closed due to covid severed a nice selection of beers on tap.

We arrived for an overnight stay on a wet and dark day in October - not ideal for a seaside stay. The staff were very helpful - multitasking amongst the front of house roles. The hotel was quite empty, probably because of COVID, so lacked atmosphere unfortunately. Room was nice and spacious - very clean and quiet.

Better than expected. Great room.
