This hotel is a real gem ! Outstanding value for money in a great location, right next to the railway station. Breakfast was very impressive with pretty much everything you want even decent gluten free options too. Staff were freindly, checking in/out was a breeze too. Notning negative to say about this hotel.

Great location and staff was friendly, breakfast was good as well. However, the room was very cold, the hot/cold air switch was not working. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and I flagged this at the front desk at 5am on the first night after not being able to sleep. The receptionist offered me more blankets or a heater, saying they would send maintenance to the room the next day. I refused and went back to the room, knowing that for the next day the problem would be solved. Unfortunately that didn’t happen, I came back to the room late on the second day and it was still very cold with the switch not working, I didn’t bother going to the reception as I knew it was pointless. Very disappointed by this disservice, Holiday Inn has always been a guarantee and the hotel is really nice, it would have been better if I hadn’t come back with a cold.

Great location within walking distance of many great restaurants and shopping. Excellent transportation throughout the city from Central Railway Station and the streetcar network. High-quality breakfast with many different choices to suit a variety of diets. Lovely sauna to enjoy at the end of long days sightseeing.
