The room wasn’t cleaned after requesting twice, the shuttle took 1 hr picking up from the airport and was over 15 minutes late picking up from the hotel. The staff was nice and friendly.

Staff eating a plate of salad while checking us in(very unprofessional), the room was dirty, our kids couldn’t go swimming because there were people smoking weed at the pool. A terrible hotel for families with young children.

I informed the receptionist that one room in our suite was very hot. The receptionist came to the room and looked at the AC unit and ceiling fan and neither came on. I asked for a maintenance person but they were off already. He offered a box fan and it didn't cool the room off. The receptionist called the Manager and told him my complaint and the receptionist was told to offer us a commercial fan which makes a lot of noise. We asked to be put in another room like the one we paid for but the receptionist told us it was already booked.

Nice location to the airport. Building is hot as hell. Like the devil walked through the lobby and farted. Robert is cool but don't ask him anything that requires an answer

The location was pristine and staff were so friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and so clean. We will be returning to this hotel.

We loved staying here! The staff was very kind! Hotel was very clean and room was just as described. Breakfast food was good and we enjoyed our stay!
