Econo Lodge North Academy

You get what you pay for. They keep it clean but it could use some upgrades to improve the look of the room. I had no issues with safety or customer service. Staff was friendly and breakfast had waffles, coffee, cereal, and juice.

Poor housekeeping. I notice because it’s what I do for a living

The location wasn't bad but what really bothered me was the lock on the door had been cut off. The shower door wouldn't shut, there was water on the wall behind the bed and on the bedside lamp, there was only 1 extremely thin pillow per person and even though the veiw was fantastic there was no screen on the window

I liked how nice the staff was. Very professional they were.

Breakfast could have more options. Maybe clean the parking lot more often, free from nails, screws etc

Blankets had burn holes , bedsheets were stained , didn’t give us the room we paid for, toilet seat was also stained . Staff was nice though .

Room had damage under sink. Beds were hard. People slamming doors,going in and out all night. Could hear them talking and kids running around. Elevator was very old and slow. Took forever. I used the stairs; a lot faster. It was not a good stay.

Hotel is outdated, rooms are very outdated

Very limited choices for breakfast. Ended up eating waffles for 4 days. No eggs or ham available.
