Pictures provided illustrate room type, not necessarily the room booked. Pets are not allowed at this property. Smoking is not allowed at this property. A cleaning fee will be charged if guests are found smoking in their room. If any damages are found to the room, a fee will be charged to the guest credit card. Please note the maximum occupancy per room. For additional guests, an extra person fee plus tax applies. A surcharge of USD $50 per person, per day applies for each additional guest you wish to add to your booking. Strict cancelation policy: Cancelations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival date. Cancelations of reservations (including no-shows) made after this time will be charged one night of the stay. Nonrefundable reservations are charged the full amount. Special note on cancelations due to COVID-19: Our cancelation policies apply to all reservations. As we are a small inn, any reservation prevents another potential guest from booking and rooms do not get re-booked easily at the last minute. If you believe you may have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to your arrival, we recommend purchasing travel insurance. In case of cancelation, the amount will not show the 14.3% of taxes, so bear in mind that taxes will be added to the cancelation cost. Our front desk is staffed from 9AM to 5PM daily.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
