Auberge Saint-Antoine

From the time we pulled up in our rental car, the Head Bellman …I don’t know his name, but knew we were in great company. Very accommodating, informative and energetic!😊. As we continued our site seeing, he was MOST accommodating with direction’s, umbrellas, etc. He is a gem for the hotel!! Our accommodations were upgraded and extremely comfy, balcony w suite. Upgraded bath! Loved all of it, and our housekeeper was excellent at anticipating our needs.

We favor boutique hotels and Auberge Saint-Antoine was an extraordinary experience. The auberge was nested between the hill to the old city and the waterfront. Artifacts from the site restoration were used as authentic decorations throughout the hotel. A modern hotel with the feel of old history. Our room with the necessary balcony had all the accoutrements of high end hotel. The professional and friendly staff: front desk, concierge, valet, bar and breakfast servers, and maitre d' complemented our excellent stay. Top ratings from us!

Offer shuttle but not consistently available

It’s a hotel with a lot of character and great location, next to the tourist areas in old town. Some details to note: - all the rooms are different. Our earlier room had a tiny bathroom and no stand in shower, but the reception changed our room the next day to a much nice room with a more practical bathroom, with lovely views of the river. - the breakfast area is really nice and the spread is decent. However the eggs take over 30 mins, and we had a bad experience with a rude waiter. However it was a one off, the Joni and staff went out of the way to make up for it. - the concierge desk booked us amazing dinner options . Must go to Leg’end and Laurie Raphael. - it was a real surprise as the hotel gave us a car for 4 hours to drive on our own and visit the waterfalls for no charges. A nice touch. - the concierge booked us a taxis to drive us to Montreal airport , which was not at par with our expectations. It was a small Honda SUV whereas we expected a bigger car. So please ask/ specific which car you are booking. Overall we liked the stay and the staff was very courteous, baring an isolated incident.

We loved this beautiful hotel. The area is walkable, historical and very safe.

Staff we met when we checking in did not speak English clearly.
