"Not the best, not the worst."

Temperature of the room was great

Breakfast was terrible and not on brand. I usually like the choices available at Hampton Inn. Bathroom tub was in need of upgrades. There wasn't even an exhaust fan making the room extra steamy and wet encouraging mold growth I am sure. Carpet needed upgrade. Room was small. Very convenient to the airport but not many restaurants nearby.

"Sad state of disrepair."

This hotel is in very poor shape. They are remodeling which I’m sure will help but it is very rundown. There is no coffee or tea in the lobby complimentary. A banana cost $2.00. No tea in the room. The staff is warm and friendly.
