"The best"

Agustin was a great man who made sure our stay was with ease and all went well, cannot praise him highly enough. The hotel is chic and close to the main square in Valencia but tucked away so there's no outside noise at night. We had a lovely terrace as well. Well worth a stay and prices are good for the area in center of town

It is centrally located and an easy walk to anywhere in the old city yet still tucked away on a side street so you don't have all the commotion of the city right outside your window. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and speak English very well.

The hotel is in a great location and facilities and cleanliness were acceptable. However, there was a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom which we were told was the result of the wind. Also know that there is no parking onsite, but reasonably priced 24 hour parking is only a few blocks away.

"Unfortunate "

This is a really nice hotel and good value for money. Unfortunately the night we stayed there they had builders in . They gave us a complimentary breakfast as an apology. The hotel is in a great position, close to the cathedral, bars and restaurants. We had a few problems, but it wouldn't stop us going back

Excellent location: 5 minutes from each of the two main squares, lots of cafes and restaurants. Room small but comfortable, bathroom modern.
