Staff were amazing, everyone who attended to us was super friendly and helpful, cleaners did an amazing job. Breakfast was delicious. I tried the soup and coffee in the afternoon and they were great too. The hotel offers a scale to check your luggage which was helpful. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The cosmetics in the bathroom were high quality.

I don’t feel it was a 5* at all. I’ve stayed in 5* hotels and this one maybe was a 5* a decade or more ago but in 2026 it really needs maintenance. In the room you’d see quick fixes rather than proper work done, especially around the hot tub there was some water damage that was quickly fixed with lots of silicon. The water drainage bit was flaky, the ceilings above shower cracked. Like basic maintenance stuff missing. The windows outside were super dirty. Also I’d expect a better equipped kitchen with some plates or basic cutlery, not just two tea cups and spoons. The gym was tiny, 4 cardio machines, one bench and a few dumbbells. That’s what gym in 3* looks like not 5*.
