Floors are very thin. I felt like the people above me were square dancing all night, when in reality they were just walking around. Nice enough place, but set floors and walls.

The host that checked me in was so kind and personable. Very very welcoming due to her!

Very easy checking in and the location right off the highway was very convenient for our stay

Modern and attractive; we really liked having the sink and the toilet separate to allow two + people to prep; breakfast has good variety (the warm cinnamon buns were great!); the Dove products were really nice for use; staff were friendly and helpful.

Just an overnight stay for a graduation. Was exactly what we needed. Clean, comfy, and a great breakfast. Hard to go wrong with a Holiday Inn Express!

My husband and I stayed overnight at this hotel twice, once on our way to Memphis, TN, then on our return trip to Fort Wayne, IN. I can't say enough about the friendliness of the staff at the front desk, and also meeting our needs while we were at the breakfast buffet. We, also, experienced great room service, with cleanliness in our room, and their patience waiting for us to exit in our own time. The linens were clean, crisp, comfortable to sleep on. The bed was very comfortable. Towels were ample size and fluffy and absorbent. The food we ate at the hot and cold buffet was tasty, eggs were warm and fluffy, cinnamon rolls were full of cinnamon and frosting, yum! The coffee machine. produced excellent tasting coffee, too! I would highly recommend this hotel; and will look forward to staying here, again, when I travel this way.

Nice quiet property, pleasant staff. Good food available in walking distance.

We booked this room to attend a convention on Louisville without the big city price. For that it was good. The staff at checkin seemed ambivalent and robotic but efficient. Parking was easy and close. The lobby and room were clean. A few things will prevent us from booking again, though. The door of the room seemed a bit loose and insecure. I could see light on 3 of the 4 sides at night. There was no trashcan or surface in the bathroom, save for the toilet, to set things on while I'm the shower. The parking lot light was shining so brightly on the room that it felt like dawn all night. It made it difficult to sleep. The bed was very hard as well. Breakfast left something to be desired, as well.

Staff was rude. No bath towels clean and available for after swimming or showering. Staff yelled at my kids in the pool and made them cry. Staff refused to give blanket and pillows for pull out couch bed. Very dissatisfied and the cost is not worth the crappy service.
