The staff was absolutely rude. We checked into our room and it had a really noisy musty smell. My wife wanted us to switch rooms. I told the staff about the problem and asked to switch and they declined and gave us a bottle of febreeze…

Towels were gray, dingy, thin and need to be replaced. Shower head needs to be replaced.
