* Personnel très aimable et accueillant. * Chambre propre, spacieuse et silencieuse. * Décoration de la chambre très réussie. * Plateau café/thé à disposition, très appréciable. * Petit-déjeuner correct avec du lait végétal proposé. * Bon rapport qualité-prix, surtout avec le petit-déjeuner inclus.

* Mot de bienvenue dans la chambre au nom d’une autre famille. * Impossible de verrouiller la porte de la chambre de l’intérieur, ce qui est dommage pour le sentiment de sécurité. * Verrou de la salle de bain placé à l’extérieur, un choix assez surprenant. * En tant que végétarienne, le choix salé du petit-déjeuner était limité. * Surprise écologique promise après avoir suivi les consignes, mais jamais reçue. * Impossible de profiter d’un bain : le bouchon de la baignoire ne permettait pas de la remplir correctement. * Caution de 150 € demandée à l’arrivée sans qu’elle ne soit mentionnée lors de la réservation, ce qui a été une mauvaise surprise.
