Noisy neighbours telling us we can’t meet with the rest of the group.

The location was convenient for the train/bus stations, the apartments were spacious.

We were contacted on WhatsApp (so not visible on Booking.com) by the host 4 hours before we were due to check in, to say we would have to move apartment after 2 nights of our 4 night stay. The second apartment was downstairs in the same building so the host said it would be no problem - we did not agree, especially as there was no offer of help with the transfer. The move was because work (not specified) needed to be done on the first apartment, but there were issues in both apartments: Upstairs the badly cracked shower tray blocked, the door handle inside the bathroom came off, the balcony was unusable as it was filled with bins and a mop bucket, the apartment's washing machine was actually in an outside underground garage. Downstairs (ground floor) the patio door did not lock, the toilet seat in the ensuite was broken, there was mould on the window and shower curtains, the washing machine (in the apartment) was so dirty we did not use it. There were other lesser problems, and the general standard of maintenance and decoration was worse than we expected - the previous reviews were all positive. The host's responses to our comments were dismissive, and although he said that they were undertaking repairs, we feel it is likely that future guests will have a similar experience. We did try to contact Booking.com customer service about our stay before posting this review, (we have never posted a negative review before) but have had no success.

Apartmant is spacious and in good location. It is walkable from train station to cita alta. Supermarket is 300m.

It could be cleaner. Kitchen is sticky. Pan is for trash. I dont know is it tipycal for Italy but quilt is not in the duvet insted you are supoust to cover with sheet and then with quilt. I didnt feel comfortable with that. Sofa in living room needs cleaning as soon is possible. I found some blanket and throw to be comfortable to sit. Towels and bed sheets are sparkly white. Also bathroom is very clean.

The appartment was clean, big and with 2 bathrooms and an OK location close to the station.

Location was very nice and peaceful, we are a family of 3 - 2 adults and 4yo, and we enjoyed the city and neighbourhood. Also there was hand wash provided.

Very dirty apartment, we asked for floors to be cleaned as there were hair from other people on the floor when we entered the apartment. I didn't find sweep broom for the cleaning. Managers of apartment said they will send someone to clean floors, no-one came during our 4 days stay. A lot of places/objects/corners full of dust. Apartment needs a bit of makeover, shower curtains with mold, exhauster in the kitchen so dirty - didn't even try to turn it on. This apartment has so much potential but I don't think the owners know how to welcome guests. No towels in the kitchen except one really small we had to use to clean surface of the table. Chair pillows - dirty and based on the rest of apartment, I'm not even sure if they were cleaned from previous guests.
