"Overpriced "

Have stayed at this Country Inn & Suites for several years for the family reunion. The rate this year was ridiculous. There was no reason to pay this price other than it was closest to the reunion. They have decommissioned the hot tub and the overall condition has deteriorated.

"Clean room, building needs maintenance."

Looks like this place needs a more recent review. Our room was clean, beds are comfy. 3 pillows each. Breakfasts were just ok. I get up about 9 so b'fast was there awhile. I didn't have the eggs because they were watery. I had the safe bets, yogurt and bagels. Coffee was good. Building maintenance is lacking. Saw torn screens and primer on multiple door jambs, also in our room. So it would be nicer to look at if they'd finish and do needed maintenance.

"Average. But No Hot Tub was very disappointing."

The hotel was fine, average. However, we chose it for a hot tub as advertised. There was no hot tub, as it was cemented over, obviously for a long time. The booking also said complimentary breakfast, though there was no mention or information of breakfast to us at check in or upon leaving. Perhaps we missed it or perhaps there wasn’t any, …not sure. ?

Everything was good for an overnight stay. If staying longer, we would have needed more towels. Most females need a bath towel for body and a bath towel for hair.The only criticism of the facility is that the bathroom has no towel rods. We had to hang our wet towels on the shower curtain rod.

Staff was helpful on check-in and guided us to a delicious dinner at JJ & Freddie’s! Room was clean, quiet and very comfy beds!! Extra pillows already in the room. The breakfast had so much variety from breads, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, 4 different cereals, fresh make your self waffles and even a hot section with sausage, eggs and potatoes! 6 kinds of tea & 3 kinds of juices. So clean through out the property including the indoor pool area!!! A must and then the recommendation after check out to the Pit-Stop for lunch. We have fallen in love in the area and can’t wait to visit again!
