"Hotel was comfortable and sufficient for an overnight stay when transitioning at the airport."

Shower was hot and pressure was good. Bed was comfortable and charging adapters all worked. TV worked. The park next door was good for a morning walk. Bathroom amenities were sufficient.

Breakfast was basic and eggs were terrible…..powdered eggs I think…..not good. Water was not hot for tea and the assistant was not cooperative. The man on duty at reception when we arrived after midnight was not friendly and obviously didn’t like his job.

"Poor service, subpar room"

They had a bagged breakfast ready for us because we had to leave the hotel before the breakfast bar was open

We waited for over an hour for our “courtesy” shuttle. I had to call the hotel 3 times to find out if it was still coming. When the guy finally showed up the van had only one seat left (for me and my husband) other guests were complaining as well that they had waited for over an hour. The driver didn’t offer an apology or explanation he just slammed all the doors in the van and kept mumbling under his breath in his language. It’s the first time in my life I didn’t tip the airport shuttle driver. The bathtub in the room was old and stained and the carpet looked like it was a good idea to leave our socks on. Definitely an overpriced hotel room. We wont be staying there again

"Excellent"

The room was nice and clean. The hotel was walking distance to shopping.

We ended up waiting over an hour for the shuttle from our international flight because the shuttle was full the first time it stopped and we'd already been there 40 min. There was one before but it didn't stop at the international for pickup.
