Comfort Hotel Vancouver Airport

Hotel room Nicely refurbished but a pity with an essential item missing for a comfortable stay : KETTLE Need to go downstairs to get hot water to make tea/ coffee 🙃

Convenient for the airport

Room was noisy from other guests (thin walls), staff were noisy throughout night in corridors, were given ground floor room near to reception and breakfast area. Despite booking seven months in advance, we were told by the manager that the hotel was at capacity and they couldn’t move us to a quieter area of the hotel. Breakfast didn’t offer milk alternatives and was poor quality and poor choice.

Quiet location

Good location, conference bed , nice room , reception staff were very friendly and helpful, shuttle bus to airport

Breakfast less than basic ,they could at least add cream cheese or boiled eggs.

Not much

Front desk workers where rude and hardly spoke English and the auto shut on are room door never work it would not latch the door shut also the TV had mostly French channels

La habitación era cómoda y limpia. La zona muy tranquila y con buenos restaurantes cercanos. El transporte al aeropuerto puntual y adecuado

Location

Room was adequate but the “easy chair” was uncomfortable to it in! Not a good thing!
