Honestly the lobby area is spotless and inviting, however don't be fooled, it's literally the only clean area in the hotel.

Carpet on upper floors disgusting. Our room was disgusting. When we arrived at midnight after an 8 hour drive and wanted to crawl into bed only to find a disgusting stain on the sheet when pulled back, I was livid! Front desk gave me all new bedding and we had to make our own beds due to nightshift staffing (just what we wanted to deal with at 12am). Our shoes were sticking to the laminate floors, you could literally see splashes of something all over them. Clearly housekeeping doesn't mop so I'm sure they don't bother to vacuum. We kept our shoes on at all times! Stains on multiple towels, smelled dirty,, didn't trust they were clean, asked for new towels. The room smelled awful, felt damp, couldn't open a window to air out. Furniture all banged up, refrigerator never got cold, dust in corners, tape stuck to wall, TV was blurry with snow, lighting is awful if you need to put on makeup. They spent a lot of money on a huge anti-steam mirror in bathroom, they should spend their money more wisely on things people actually need. I would never suggest this hotel to my worst enemy. Over $600 for 3 nights?? This hotel should be $89 per night TOPS for the filth. Unfortunately every hotel was sold out for the weekend otherwise we would have left immediately. Wish I could share more than just 4 photos.

The carpets were wet. The room had a terrible smell. The toilet didn’t flush. The elevator made a terrible sound like it was going to breakdown every time we got on it, only one elevator was operational. At 9 am, I went to get breakfast and they were out of several items and were not refilling them. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10.

Bathroom door didn't close all the way, room smelled stale and moldy, air conditioner left room and clothes in suitcase feeling damp (probably part of the smell), sheets on one bed were old and pilling with a few hairs stuck to them (not ours), questionable clientele... Worked for a place to stay on game night when most everything was sold out, but jacked up prices were well beyond reasonable for the accommodations

Big, spacious room. A/C unit was loud when turning on and off.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I loved the closet door mirror, lighting in the bathroom and the anti-fog mirror.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
