Pull out sofa bed was not comfortable , no gluten free options for breakfast food

Needs a good deep clean & new carpets, especially in elevator, halls, etc. A couple lights didn’t work in our room. We had a hot tub suite 2 jets didn’t work.

I get there on the 3rd. I go to clerk area front desk. I show her my email info,I reserved room,had itinerary number. I pay,get 2 cards, all seems fine. I unload bag,I sit at table to ear fast meal before having to leave for family event. While eating,some short lady barges in,loudly saying her tablet says no one is supposed be in this room. I did not say a thing I just stared at her. She leaves. I tell a blonde cleaning lady I see about it. It was very rude,uncalled for and very disrespectful. She could have knocked and asked,she could have gone to clerk and asked. When checking out I tell that clerk what happened and asked for a receipt. She claimed she will tell manager. I described the lady who barged in as detailed as possible. Short size, black hair, medium brown skin,had Hispanic accent. There is no reason at all for this woman to barge in without knocking at all or saying who she is. She did NOT have a visible name badge at all or I would also be saying her name.

Small but mighty

I go in, go to front desk. Pay, get key. I go to car grab my stuff head to room. I put stuff down,shut door. Just after i turn tv on to watch news and sit at table, a lady barges right in. No knocking,no saying room service,NOTHING. She claims her tablet says noone is supposed to be in here. Nothing else. I just stare at her,saying nothing. That is the most rude, disrespectful, thing i have ever witnessed. She COULD have just asked,after knocking. She COULD have gone to desk and asked if we wer paid, anything. It was very uncalled for, she never apologized in any way. I did tell front desk lady after i asked for my receipt. Front desk was supposed to talk to manager. How many other people has this cleaning lady or whomever she was(no name badge) has done this to. The corporate office really needs to train these people on ethics.

Great stay in Yankton. All staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast is good and ladies are very friendly and keep area very organized and clean. The only reason that I knocked a star off is because I could hear person snoring next door, doors slamming, and people in the hallway. It becomes very loud by morning and difficult to sleep.
