Very nice room with a tub! Excellent restaurant on site, superb value. By far the best deal in kanab!

Location is nice, room amenities are fine, but that's about it.

Very noisy in the second floor, it felt like elephants were walking above us (on the 3rd floor there is a private suite, I have no idea what people were doing there, but they were walking very loud and constantly moving stuff, at 6 am and also very late at night). Breakfast very average.

Had a quiet corner room, I like the privacy in the parking , the breakfast was as good as anything in town Kanab needs a better breakfast place so if you like to have breakfast not a place to stay I’m talking the whole town

The stairs and the plumbing needs some attention , the toilet should have been replaced before we were there it’s has a broken tank that you can see has been fixed and the toilet didn’t always flush and is to short,

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a cozy feeling and was very clean. The location was excellent. Easy to get to nature parks and not far from restaurants. We would gladly stay there on our next visit.

Room was better than advertised. Felt wonderful to stay.

Parking was a bit odd but figured it out.

room 104 was next to public restroom and very noisy. the air conditioner was exceptionally loud. the toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet and kept slipping to the side

Excellent lodging and the on site restaurant was wonderful.

The rooms were quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing special, but just what you needed. We were quite happy with our stay,
