We visited Dum Pukth at ITC Sonar on our marriage anniversary recently. The food service & ambience was excellent. We have enjoyed the hospitality of Debasish, Aruni& Apunla. They were very supportive .

The atmosphere was light, airy, and amiable due to the amazing staff. The chefs and the service staff, especially Ms Komal, helped us really feel like we were part of the Pan Asia family.

Came here to celebrate my bday here and Komal and the entire staff here made it so special for me! With a lovely surprise bday ending! Enjoy the experience!

Hello ITC SONAR BANGLA Where to start abt it has been more then 5 yrs when we last visited WELCOME TAVLEEN CHAIL when Mr rajnesh maller was gm Really a gentlemen and very down to earth personality I was in good touch with him And he has helped me lot in connecting with other ITC hotels in india So when we decided to visit Darjelling and sikkim We decided to take 2 night stay at ITC SONAR BANGLA BECAUSE Mr maller is the gm Well ITC SONAR BANGLA IS BEAUTIFUL AND we liked so much that I would love to bring my parents and we would love to stay for 3 nights in hotel itself Mr rajneesh jee made a point that everyone will greet us though he came to meet us on last day It was really gr8 to meet him personally with same charm and happy ho lucky personality and really he is very down to earth We were upgraded to suite I think it's queen suite Room was just wow Then as a captain if he has to win our hearts His team should also be just like him And indeed all were just like him I would like to appreciate Anamika Saha Duty manager She was really very kind soft spoken young lady from kolkatta Really her team snehal made everything possible to make out stay comfortable Soumita Really asst f& b manager Is upto mark and always on toes Always smiling Though we placed order at 11am still she carried out everything well for breakfast Such a person really do matter Rebecca Well she is from kolkatta Really we kind to all children's Though as executive still playing with kids Making them happy Taking them or rather carrying them for fish feeding She really made my daughter happy Angutali Indeed wonderful person Both of them are always smiling and really cares for little guest Truly hospitality gesture Sujoy Excellent arrangement Car Shauffer arrangement at kali ghat Really wonderful experience Chef Debdaas Zucchini and cream cheese rolatinee Enjoyed at bar Ashim de manager hi-land nectar bar He And his team Abhradip Saurav Excellent bar enjoyed lounge and food Subhamoy ghosh He was person who greeted us very well on arrival
