It was a lovely stay would love to come back again the staffs were very kind

I had an amazing stay at ITC Sonar. The hospitality and service were excellent, and the property is beautiful and very well maintained. The buffet breakfast and lunch were absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious food. The staff were courteous and attentive, which made the overall experience even better. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

Very nice place it feels like home There are so many restaurants i like there chocolate boutique.and also there stuff is very good..I loved this place it feels like home thank u sonar for my day makes special..

Super cool Amazing experience

Best place to be in the City of Joy. Amazing hospitality and support from the Senior Manager to other staff members. They make you feel like home away from home. Special mention to Mahwish for the support on my last visit.

- Never fall for the gimmick and avoid the fake, totally false smiles and artificially created 'people caring' looks. - We had a horrible experience there just 3 days ago with the 3 doormen trying to "HELP" us/my wife when we just had only 1 real luggage piece plus 5 small shopping bags to be loaded. Mind you this was when we had already 2 porters who brought our luggage from our room as were trying to deliver this to a relative so that we could travel light on a flight the very next morning. - Even the above could seem to be innocuous but wait, as my wife had one of these shopping bags she felt slight nudge or rather a tug to pull off the wait. This is without even the courtesy of checking and seeking any permission from her. Further, when she said no to this usherer he went to back of the car and started bossing over the porters ordering them unnecessarily to reposition the shopping bags here and there. Seriously, do you need to plan to reposition those light shopping bags? I think the whole idea was to get/earn those extra quids that'd starch and stiffen their turbans even more majestically. What a great way to treat your guests?? Question: Since when are doormen/usherers given the roll of helping with the luggage as their main duty is to open the door/s and usher in or out the guest.

The hotel is a boutique and luxury property. I really enjoyed the place. The staff is very helpful and responsive.
