Travelodge by Wyndham Lima OH

We will stay at travel lodge in any location!

Hotel has no atmosphere. Came late at night and had to access room from side door and talk to the attendant through a window with a slot. Don't get much for $80 there.

We stayed three nights, and had multiple issues with the hotel. First the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and after telling the staff, it was only made to drain a little better, but it continued to be a pain. The beds were very uncomfortable and tilted towards the headboard, so they must never rotate the mattresses we figured. We had a nonsmoking room only to come back to our room filled with cigarette smoke one day. We were offered one other room which smelled like someone had urinated in the ac/fan unit and told that the room directly above us was a smoking room. The grills out front were useful but they had obviously not been cleaned in weeks, and the trash beside it was filled with maggots and was not once changed in our 4 day stay. Lastly, on our last day there were cops serving a search warrant on a room just down from us. I'm thinking not the best neighborhood. The TV and shower worked, the staff was friendly, but the motel itself is not up to par. We would have rather slept in a tent.

We wouldn't stay there again. Air conditioner didn't work well, crumbs on floor in bathroom, needed updating, and sheets were very old w/ rust-looking spots on them. Breakfast was not good.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating even though the hotel was sold out for major events in Lima. The rooms are budget rooms, bed was nice, bathroom looked a little tired and furniture looked kept up. The AC / Heat unit was put in the wrong place in our room, right beside the head of the bed. Breakfast was enough to get you through the morning.

The motel clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was convenient to parking. The breakfast was fairly adequate. I tried booking directly with the motel online and they wanted an additional $35 for taxes and handling. This would have put the cost in the $95 range. This motel would definitely not been worth this much.

Service was good and friendly, stayed one night on the way to Indianapolis. Room was just ok, bathtub was clogged with cat litter or something but they gave us another room. Kinda sketchy neighborhood and some lady started slamming her door again and again at 5 am but is a good price if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night

This was the only place that still had rooms available at the time of our stay because of other events in Lima. The desk clerk directed us to the wrong end of the building but a maid helped us find our room. The room was clean and the furnishings were nice. The only problem was no stopper in the sink. We only stayed one night so we rigged a temporary one. We probably won't stay here again because the breakfast offerings didn't include any gluten-free options.

Had a great stay. Young lady who checked me in was super helpful and very kind to the person ahead of me in line as well. Room was clean....cleaner then some of the more expensive ones I've stayed at before. Close to many restaurants. Well lighted parking lot, plenty of spaces.
