Carola was fantastic. The rooms were well designed and modern.

Incredibly noisy at night from a certain bar right underneath the rooms which operates until 2am 6 nights a week and seems to attract local hospitality workers.

Hotel located in the center, close to all restaurants, shops and major attractions. Great view from the roof top. Staff extremely pleasant. Carla was super hepfull in providing information regarding places to see in the region and town, also if you would like to book a boat tour definitely ask Carla, she booked an excellent tour for us with great company. Morning breakfast has a lot of delicious freshly baked goods.

May hear some noises from the wine bar below, but that depends on the people that happen to be there. With closed windows most of the noise is ceased. Breakfast does not offer much of meat or egg options.

The breakfast was delicious! The gal helped us carry our luggage straight up to our room. She made our arrival and departure process easy by hiring transport to and from our parked car. Gave us great ideas for dinners and arranged a boat tour of the area for us as well! She is a gracious and attentive host!

The ONLY downside to our stay is our room overlooked the street and with the many restaurants and bars on the street it made for a noisy sleep.

We had such a wonderful stay in Quintessenza. The location is perfect, right in the center of this beautiful town, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The rooms are spotless comfortable and quiet despite the central busy location. The rooftop terrace has a gorgeous view of Polignano’s Cliffside water views and we could sit there for hours, especially during the sunset. Every morning, Carola prepared a gourmet breakfast that changed daily. Best breakfast we ever had during our many trips and hotel stays . Each dish was delicious and I truly wish I could try everything that was made! Carola is an exceptional host, caring, communicative, and always ready with helpful tips for trips and activities. She really goes above and beyond to make the stay enjoyable. This was such a pleasant experience, and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Bardzo miła, uprzejma i pomocna obsługa. Fantastyczna lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Wyjątkowe śniadania. Przestronna łazienka.

Z racji tego że apartament jest w samym centrum starego miasta, czasami późnym wieczorem było dość głośno za oknem. Natomiast okna dość dobrze wygłuszają dźwięki. Natomiast jest to normalne chcąc być w centrum.

Great location, the staff were amazing, the breakfast was incredible, they even took care of my food allergies and prepared dishes according to my restrictions. It exceeded it my expectations in all aspects, totally recommend it.

Nos dieron una habitación qué estaba en un entrepiso ,era pequeña,pero tenía un baño excelente,muy moderno y completo La habitación cumplía con todo lo que un pasajero necesita, incluyendo una plancha a vapor,eso era genial El aire acondicionado estaba camuflado como si fuera un cuadro,que era parte de la decoración,el desayuno era pequeño,pero todos los días incluía cosas nuevas y super frescas El capuccino muy rico y tiene una terraza divina

Lo único que desde nuestras habitación se escuchaba cuando las chicas preparaban el desayuno, era mucho ruido El hotel se encuentra en una de las calles más transitadas del centró y justo abajo hay un bar ,la gente ocupa las escaleras de acceso al hotel,y hay mucho ruido Pero no nos afecto a la hora de dormir

Cet établissement est idéalement situé en plein centre de Polignagno, à 1min à pied de trois "balcons/terrasses" avec une vue magnifique! Très facilement accessible à pied (environ 200m de la porte de la ville). Le personnel est très gentil, serviable et disponible; toujours prompt à donner des conseils de restaurants, réservation de voitures, ...! Notre chambre était assez petite, mais disposait d'un grand balcon avec vue sur les toits et la rue passante en-dessous. L'équipement de la chambre est complet (clim, frigo rempli, ...). Et alors le déjeuner...pfff ... jamais vu ça et pourtant nous voyageons beaucoup. C'est simple, tous les jours le déjeuner est complètement nouveau, avec à chaque fois de nouvelles patisseries, viandes, mozza, ... toujours frais du jours; confitures faites maisons, bref, un régal pour les yeux et les papilles!

Le petit bémol c'est qu'il y a un petit bar juste en-dessous de l'hôtel qui sert des Mojitos et qui est ouvert jusqu'à 2:00 du matin; et malheureusement les gens restent dans la rue pour boire... donc bruyant, voir très bruyant! Par contre, je n'ai rien contre les Mojitos qui sont excellents ;-)
